Power for the Sierra All-Terrain pickup truck is generated by a 5.3L V-8 engine joined to a Hydra-Matic 8L90 eight-speed automatic transmission.

Inside the passenger cabin, a carbon fiber-inspired theme distinguishes the All Terrain from other models and includes the ALL TERRAIN logo on the instrument cluster. A rearview camera system also is standard. The All Terrain also includes the latest connectivity technology, including IntelliLink and new OnStar with 4G LTE and standard built-in Wi-Fi hotspot.
