Continental Autosports, an Official Ferrar Dealer since 1975, offers this 1999 Ferrari 550 Maranello finished in Nero DS over Beige. Launched to the press at the Nurburgring in 1996, the 550 Maranello was Ferraris answer to those who believed the performance of a front-engined V12 car could not beat that of a mid-engined sports car. Work under prior ownership included changing the brake fluid and replacing the control arm bushings, sway bar bushings, rear suspension actuator, steering rack, resurfacing the cylinder heads, servicing the air conditioning compressor and radiator, and replacing the following components: - Valve guides and seals - Two exhaust valves - Timing belts - Drive belts - Intake plenum gaskets - Spark plugs - TDC and camshaft position sensors - Airflow meter Work completed by Continental Autosports in March, 2025 totaling around $20,000 includes an inspection by a Ferrari Master Technician, refinishing headlights and replacing headlight gaskets, new cam sensor, new tires, annual service w/wiper blades, new ashtray assembly compinents, hood bump stops, door panel upper gasket replacement, new battery, repaired battery cables and terminals, repaired loose side mirrors, removed aftermarket electrical socket and wiring in radiator shield, replaced missing brake cooling duct, replaced non-working radio and wiring with new bluetooth head unit, refinished black window and windscreen trim, repaired lower front bumper cracks.
